We work with all of the big major banks in QLD and help you secure the First Home Buyer Grants available.
From there, you’ll work directly with me to find the perfect block of land, and I’ll help you customise a home design that suits your lifestyle, goals, and budget.

How to get started

STEP 1
INITAL CALL
The initial call takes 3 to 4 minutes - we can qualify you (ask a few questions around income, debts, kids, deposit etc).
This will determine your borrowing power, which Government Grants you are eligible for and the locations that will fit your requirements and budget.
If you qualify, we would book you in for a video call
STEP 2
VIDEO CALL
On our Video Call, we would run through Deposit, Government Grants, Repayments, the Entire Build Process and what to expect, Llocations and the type of home you may be able to achieve based on your budget - we can show you examples of packages.
From here if you are happy, we would introduce you to the Finance team to get Pre-Approved
STEP 3
In person meeting
After your pre-approval, we would meet up in person at one of the homes we have recently completed so you can see what a standard home looks like in person.
We would visit the land estates in the locations that fit your budget and choose your new land.
Once secured, we would package up all the designs that fit on your new block so you can choose your new home
step 4
finance approval & building
Your contracts for your land and build would go to the bank for your formal approval.
Your land settles and your build officially can start
You have a colours meeting with the builder and your final upgrades
You have myself the entire way for guidance throughout the build

House Design & Options:
We have an extensive range of designs to choose from, or we can customise your own design. We have ublimited colour choices which are standard inclusions.
What is Full Turn Key:
Full Turn Key is when your home is inclusive of everything you need. We include absolutely everything so you just have to move in and not worry about anything extra. Driveway, Letterbox, Landscaping, Fencing, Blinds, Aircon etc - all already done for you
Can I get a home loan if I already have a car loan and personal loan:
Yes, this is definitely possible, it will all come down to your personal situation which we can advise on our initial call but generally it is fine to have other debts when you apply
What is the minimum deposit required?
Generally we work off 2-5% of the purchase price. We do have some special low deposit options potentially available also which are less than 5%. We would be able to advise if you qualify or not on our initial phone call
Does it cost to use your service?
No, we essentially work for the Builder, we have developed our finance department and land services to help our clients through the process.
